Talk about a creamy chicken salad! Simple and tasty, just the way I like it.
Ingredients:
- 2 c Shredded Chicken
- 1/2 c 0% Plain Fage Greek Yogurt
- 1/2 Avocado
- 3 T Crumbled Bleu Cheese
- Salt & Pepper
- Optional add ins: 1 T chopped Cilantro and squeeze in a Lime wedge
Mash all ingredients together. Sprinkle in salt and pepper to taste.
Serves: 2
Weight Watchers Points: 4 points per serving
I like to serve this on a Sandwich Thin or Good Thins crackers. Enjoy!
