Our Soft Coated Wheaten Terrier, Flaps Philip Poulos, is pretty much a hot mess 100% of the time, even when he's sleeping. Since he's never still this was the best pic we got of him in his cowboy costume. Best part of he costume -- total score (new with tags on it) at a resale store for only $2!
