While I LOVE sour cream, holding it in the highest regard of condiment esteem, sometimes you just have to change up the traditional baker. Tonight, I topped with olive oil, butter, fresh basil from my garden, and a little freshly grated Parmesan. Nice and light with grilled steaks and asparagus!
