Easiest lasagna ever. This is a great lasagna to use up leftover meatballs or veggies. Here you go:
Spray 9x9" pan with non-stick spray. Layer the following in this order:
- 1/2c marinara sauce
- 1c frozen meatballs
- 1c fresh or frozen veggies (I used mushrooms and tricolor peppers)
- 1T minced garlic (or 1t garlic powder)
- 1 layer frozen beef ravioli
- 1/2c marinara sauce
- 2 layers mozzarella (sheets or shredded)
Cover with foil.
You have two choices at this point:
- Freeze up to 6 months
- if cook from frozen, bake at 350 for 60 minutes. Uncover and bake additional 10 minutes at 400 degrees.
OR
- Refrigerate for up to three days
- Bake 350 for 40 minutes. Uncover and bake additional 10 minutes at 400 degrees.
Enjoy!
